Return and Refund Policy
Overview
Returns and refunds are services provided by the respective sellers on eSagun. Policies may vary based on the product category, seller, or warranty period. As an electronics-focused eCommerce company, eSagun maintains specific policies for locally sold and branded products.
Return Policy
Products must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
Returns are accepted only for physically damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including:
Box, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
VAT/PAN bill must be included.
If the product is under warranty, it should be taken to the authorized service center instead of returning to eSagun.
The field executive reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
Refund Policy
Once a return request is made within 7 days, customers must state the reason for the refund.
If approved by the QC (Quality Check) Team, refunds will be processed according to the payment method below:

Shipping Charge Refund
If the refund is due to a change of mind, the shipping charge will not be refunded.
If the refund is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product, the shipping charge will be refunded.
The return shipping cost must be paid by the customer in all cases.
Important Notes
Refunds are issued only after eSagun receives and verifies the returned item.
If a replacement product is unavailable, eSagun will process a full refund instead.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or wallet provider.
