Return and Refund Process
1. Go to Account > My Account> Orders
2. Select the Order: Choose the order you want to return.
3. Click Refund: Initiate the refund process by clicking the refund option.
4. Customer Service: Our Customer Service team will contact you for further assistance.
5. Pack Your Product: Ensure your product is packed in good condition, including the invoice, catalog, any freebies, and the original box.
6. Shipping the Package:
Drop-off: Depending on your location, you may need to drop off the package at our logistics branch office.
Pick-up: Alternatively, we can arrange a pick-up from your location.
7. Product Examination: Once we receive the package, we will examine the products to ensure they are in good condition. Then, we will initiate the refund.
Note:
1. Cash Refund:o The refund will be processed through the same payment channel used for the purchase.
o For COD orders, please provide your account or wallet details to receive the refund.
o Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Coupon Refund:
o You can opt to receive a discount coupon equivalent to the purchase value, which will save you the return shipping charge.
o The coupon code will be emailed to your registered email ID.
