Return and Refund Policy
Returns and Refund are the provision provided to you by the respective sellers. This policy is not the same for all of the products and sellers. It depends on the policy of the company and under warranty period of the products. Being an electronic ecommerce company eSagun has its own return and refund policy for local products and respective.
Returns policy
The return policy is different for all products under different categories. Products under warranty period are redirected to service center, return and refund policies will not be eligible for such products. You need to refer to the product page for return policy.
You must return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions under which products can be returned:
- The product must be physically damaged or defective. If the product is not in adequate condition then we have the right to send it back to you.
- The product must be in the original packaging box. Original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories must be returned too. If a product is incorrect or incomplete then we are not responsible for returning it.
- The product should be returned with VAT/PAN bill.

Right to refuse to accept the return is up to field executive if above conditions are not met.
Refund policy
After the customer raises the refund request within 7 days from the date of delivery, customer need to state the reason to return the product. If the product is eligible for refund, after QC team will check the product and refund time depends on the refund method as per your selection.
Customer will be informed about the approval or rejection of return of goods request. Customer can return product to eSagun if the reason to return is valid and only after the return of the product eSagun will be obliged to provide the replacement product to the customer. If the replacement product is not available, eSagun will provide a refund to the customer instead of replacement.
Case of shipping charge refund:
- If the refund is due to change of mind then the shipping charge will not be refunded.
- If there is a wrong/defective/damaged/quality issue then shipping charge will be refunded.
- Return shipping charge must be paid by customer in every conditions.
